why can't i detect the device after upgrading to NI-FBUS 2.3.6 using WIN2K?

why can't i detect my device after upgrading to NI-FBUS 236 using WIN2K? I have configured the settings for the PCMCIA, what are the other things that i must have done?

Hi,

Please, send an email to fieldbus.support@ni.com. The NI-FBUS 2.3.6 does not fall into the DAQ category but they are supported through this email support.
