win7 64 bit OS LV 10 want to use legacy with 7.5 beta but get errors from ni for win7

Using Win7 OS LV 2010 want to use legacy 6023e card,   NIdaq shows 7.5 beta for win7, but ni shows error when trying to download to pc with  win7.    I will try 7.4.4, -  any other thoughts ?   thanks
