Hello,

I couldn't import any model of this device. This is what I've tried:

*2SJ74
*Toshiba Dep-Mode 20mA 400mW LowNoise pkg:TO-92B 2,1,3
.MODEL 2SJ74 PJF(Beta=92.12m Rs=7.748 Rd=7.748 Lambda=4.464m
+Vto=-.5428 Cgd=85.67p Pb=.3905 Fc=.5

This one gives me an error.

Hello Simonov,

Can you please share some additional information, such as: What kind of error are you getting (number or the error message)? Which version are you using? Does the error appear in Multisim, Ultiboard or in both? How are you importing the model?

Hi Zenon,

thank's for the reply. I guess i have made a mistake somewhere while importing the model. I used the component wizard. I tried again creating the component and this time it worked just fine.
