3D Board Thickness

I specify my board thickness on Ultiboard as .094", but when I do a 3D DXF the board comes out at .039" thickness. Not sure what why this is the case. Anyone have any suggestions?

I wanted to find out what software you are using to view the 3D DXF files.

Hi smh55,

I tried to test the issue which you mentioned in several different DXF viewers and it seems to be a defect in the software. I am going to file the issue to our R&D.
