Hi and sorry for my english ,
I'm trying to simulate a relaxation oscillator, i use the complete 4093BP_5V IC so I can manually wire the voltage supply but it doesn't matter if I wire V_DD and V_SS, the oscillator always run with 5V. My goal is it to wire a 5V and a 10V DC-supply in series, the highest potential "15V" should be V_DD and the conection between the two DC-supplies V_SS. Is there a way to realise it or to switch the V_DD and V_SS - pin "on" ???
thx

Hi,
at the moment I run the simulation with an oscillator realised by an operation amplifier. I'm simulating an energy harvester so I have to look that the energy usage is as less as possible. Thats the reason why i want to run the simulation with the 4093BP IC.
If anyone have a idea please let me know, I need this simulation for my bachelor thesis.
thx

Hello,
I did simple testing and had no problem to realize an higher output voltage than 5V.
Please see the attached file.

Hi,
thank you very much, your version works. i don't know whats wrong with my simulation, the only difference i found are the Net-labels at the pins - register.
