I get the message: 550 No such directory

How do I solve this problem?

Usually that error, on installation, means that there are some permissions or privileges missing for your login account to access specific TEMP directories that the installer uses. This will depend on the Windows you are using, the user account you are logged in as and other factors.

On any case, don't download version 9 student eval, since you can currently download Multisim 10 Student Edition, I would recommend you to try that version instead.
