ADC & DIFFERENTIAL LINE DRIVER

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am using Multisim12.0. I am simulating a microcontroller application where i require ADC and Differential line driver(DLD)

The problem is I `d not find suitable component for ADC and DLD in multisim12.0.

The IC I am looking for ADC is ADC0816CCN and for DLD is AM26LS31CD.

Pls do help me.

Hello,

I was able to find the DLD AM26LS31CD in the power pro edition of MultiSIM, however it is unfortunately not avaliable for any other edition. If you do happen to have that edition, you can find the part under the Misc Digital group, LINE_DRIVER family.

In regards to the ADC converter, the part that you are looking for is not available in MultiSIM, but I took a closer look and the majority of the functionality of the ADC can be built using MultiSIM (Use a multiple-channel multiplexer connected to an 8-bit resolution ADC with the addition of a tri-state buffer latch, all of these available in MultiSIM). To use this functionality you could take a look at the Data sheet of the part that you want to imitate it in MultiSIM.

I even checked to see if they offered a spice model (so that you can create your own component) but unfortunately I wasn't able to find one on the web.
