Backannotate pin/gate swaps

Whenever i try to backannotate a pin/gate swap that is done in Ultiboard, nothing changes in Multisim.

This gives me a big problem whenever I want to do a forward annotate to the PCB that is already partial routed because multisim want to change all the nets that are changed due to pin/gate swaps. So now I will have to (1)remove the copper wires first to a component that has been swapped, (2)do a automatic gate/pin swap and then (3)redraw the same copper routes.

Am I missing something?

Hi,

Back annotating pin/gate swap is not supported in the current version, if you need to make change to pin or gate, you should do it in the schematic and then forward annotate the changes to the layout.  Anytime you replace a component it can be complicated to back annotate to the schematic and it is a lot safer to do a forward annoate.
