Binary representation using 74ls93, function generator and oscilloscope

It is my first time using Multisim and I cannot figure out how to get the oscillscope to work all connections the the circuit are correct that I know of I just cannot get the function generator and or the oscilloscope to work.  What am I doing wrong?
