Boost Converter for 120 V ouput

I have to design a booster converter circuit with the following data:

1- Input: Vs = 38.2V, Ps = 345W

2- Outputs: Vo = 120V, Po = 300W

3- Control: fs = 100kHz

4- Ripples: ΔVc = 1%, ΔIL = 10%

As per the above conditions, the following parameters were determined:

R = 48Ω, L = 331.5044µH, C=14.2021µF, duty cycle = 68.17%

Would appreciate if you could recommend what switch and diode should I use from the library to get the desired output.

Добавил трансформатор, поправил параметры МОСФЕТ-а, получил даже излишки мощности...-Почему-т два одинаковых поста образовалось. Буду писать в более ранний.
