Can anyone help me to create a MOSFET model?

     I create a NMOSFET 2SK1317 spice model with Model Maker, but it disappeared errors when I loaded it in useing "run", what should I do ?
     The  NMOSFET 2SK1317 came from HITACHI .Can anyone  help me create a spice model? I attached its datasheet .
