To clarify, the garbage above was me trying to figure out why, when I uploaded my circuit, the forum software appended a number to the filename during the transfer.

Sorry about that, I halfway read it as I thought it was a question about why the PLL worked as compared to your other circuits. I noticed this also, but I was assuming that if you try to upload 2 files that are named the same it will add a number behind it. I guess it does this because it recongnizes that this file has the same name a one previously posted.

I am guessing, but it sounds resonable.
