Can't find Mosfets IRLZ44S and FQD11P06TM in Multisim

Hi everyone,

I am trying to model a H-bridge using the IRLZ44S and FQD11P06TM MOSFETS. However, they don't appear in the Multisim library. Where can I find them ? And if they are not there what can I do since I can only use these MOSFETS for my circuit ? Thank you for your replies.

Hey cadenbaldovin,

Do you have a SPICE model for the MOSFET already? If so you can IMport the Model into Multisim.

Otherwise you'd be best creating a custom component. There is lots of help on how to do this but the below link has a step by step guide:
