Can't find balance IC

I was told to simulate one scheme, where there is two Balance IC components: HY2210-CB and HY2213-BB3A. And I cannot find nor them nor any of their replacements. Please, help.

In this case you should create them.

Unfortunately I was unable to find SPICE models of that components but if you can then use them to create new component in the Multusim library.
