Changing default orientation of parts (resistors, to be exact)

When I pick resistors, they are always oriented horizontally, and I need to rotate each and every one by 90 degrees in most cases.

Is there a way to change the default orientation to be vertical?   If yes, how?   If no, where can I submit a feature request?

Аналогично предыдущему посту, или попробовать создать вертикальную модель и сохранить её в индивидуальной базе компонентов..., а, лучше всего в редакторе символов создать свой, на любой вкус...
