I have a library that appears to be ver11. When I try to convert in MS 14 it does not recognize it as a valid file. When I convert it in UB14 it seems to work and does a convert, but I cannot find the converted parts anywhere.
Ideally would just be to have a dummy design with the footprint in it I could just save to my database.
