Custom MAX9601 Model problems

I build this model using maxim's spice file. But when tested in simple 100MHz sine wave circuit, multisim show error: "Singular matrix" and "time step too small".

Please attach the application circuit. These types of errors are often a result of the entire circuit.

How can I import this component to NI Circuit Design Suite 12.0? It complains about the version that was created.
