I also search extensively on the web and the manufacturer's website and could not find a model. Without it Multisim will not be able to simulate that component. For the NI Electronics Workbench Group is usually very difficult or impossible to provide models when the manufacturer has not released one, based from the fact that when they are not generic components, only the manufacturer or someone that has work with the component might be able to determine how it is built from the inside, in terms of SPICE components.
If you ever find the model, you can then just create a custom component.
