What are the chances an NI representative would answer one of my posts? I don't seem to be having much luck here at the moment.

Yes, as you can see we monitor these posts and generally like the user community to respond to other users first.   Generally we like to think of these forums as a tool for 'users helping users' foremost and a technical support channel secondly.  If you have a direct technical question that you need resolved quickly, please use the 'Contact NI' link on the www.ni.com home page and request phone or email support.  You will recieve a tracking number for followup purposes and we'd be happy to answer your questions in an immediate fashion when using these support channels.

However - keep these posts and questions coming!   I definitely know they benefit all Multisim, Ultiboard, LabVIEW and hardware users using our tools for simulation, prototyping and testing purposes.
