EMG error simulation with Multisim

I have a problem simulating a EMG filter and amplifier with Multisim 14, each time I run the simulation, it get stuck around 0.505 sec. the simulation is uploaded to this topics. I don't know what's happening, I' appreciated your help, thanks

I was trying to simulate but before that I have noticed something that I would like to know. Is there a reason for having a AC source with 0 V. see the capture below.
