At my work, we are currently using Circuit Design Suite Power Pro 14.1 for all electrical design work. Once a circuit board is finished, we create an assembly model of the board and a 2D drawing in SolidWorks. I can recall that previous versions of Ultiboard could export a file type with the extension ENM. I think there was also an IDF but I can't remember the other file type. These two files would then be imported into CircuitWorks which is a SolidWorks addin. CircuitWorks would use these files to create the circuit board 3D assembly, including all components. This was a huge timesaver. I can't find these export options in Ultiboard 14.1. It looks like they weren't in 13 either. Was this feature removed? Are there any plans to add it back in?
