With the transition to online learning that many of us are working with right now, I am hoping to use Multisim to provide some lab simulations for students. I have several challenges and hope someone can provide some guidance.
Since we cannot go on campus, where we have a license for Multisim, for the remainder of the semester (at least) I have asked students to download the evaluation version.
I don't know that the 30 day window will be quite enough. Any possibility it could be extended at least through mid-May?
Some students do not have a window's based machine at home so cannot download the evaluation version.
I am looking at the online version of Multisim, but I do not see a way for students to import a Multisim file. Given the nature of the courses I teach I will be sending files to students rather than having them develop their own circuits. Is there some way students will be able to open files I send them?
