Exporting circuit into picture with circuit details (circuit title, Rev number, Company name, Sheet number, etc)

Hello.

I want to export my circuit into a picture. But I want to export it with the circuit information: circuit title, Rev number, Company name, Sheet number, Date and Drawn By (As seen in the picture below).

How do I do that?
