Me too, and i try to solve using 

• installing the program
• setting up the registers

but i didn't solve it

Try installing more recent versions (14.2,
14.3)
They overwrite the previous ones along with their mistakes.

14.2 ставится поверх 14.1, удаляет её вместе с её ошибками.
