I suspect it's the problem with the spice model. When I used another opamp with the same circuit it worked fine. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do right now. We couldn't update the model from the manufacturer becasue it was the latest version. What you can do is to contact Analog Devices to report this problem. Or you can simply replace the opamps with some similar ones and see if it works. Just FYI, the model I used was OPA342NA. Hope this helps.
