Gray Components in Multisim

When creating a schematic I noticed that some of the components I placed turned the color gray (resistor, grounds, encoders, etc), while some remained their proper color.  I searched online and through the manual and I cannot seem to find a solution.  I know that the gray color indicates that there is no current variant through that component, but in each of the components properties the variant is included.  I cannot figure out why two of the exact same resistors with the same properties are different in color.

I found this thread and tried to solve my problem using the same advice, but they are still gray.

Try attaching your circuit it will be a good reference to see what's happening.

I forgot to attach the file for the schematic.

Hi, that was a quick fix...

In your Variant Manager (under Tools menu), there were no variants listed... you must have at least one "Default1" variant. Did this happen suddenly or was there any action taken that deleted the variant?

I just added the Default1 variant and now all components are ok apparently...

Thank you very much.  I added Default1 and everything seems to be in working order.  I'm not sure how this happened, when I opened the file this morning some of the components were gray, but they were fine yesterday.
