I am working on a design in Ultiboard 12 that has a ground plane on the bottom copper layer of a two-layer board. I was doing some fine editing of a component, with a large zoom factor, and when I reverted back to full board view, my ground plane had disappeared! The rat's nest shows the various ground connections. I thought that perhaps I had accidentally deleted the ground plane, so I went to Place/Power Plane from the menu, and found that bottom copper was NOT available in the selection box, only copper top. If I look at the spreadsheet view, in the "Copper Areas" tab, the copper bottom is listed a connected to ground, and is type "Powerplane". No matter what I have tried, I cannot get the power plane copper to show. Exporting to Gerber gives the same result - no copper power plane. There is also no "undo" available. I have tried re-starting Ultiboard, but no luck. Any suggestions?
