Hartley Oscillator not working?

This oscillator is designed according to a text book but it does not oscillate in the simulation, help please...

(Does it oscillate in the real circuit?)

There are a few things I would check.

1)  Is the circuit wired correctly?  I am not an expert on oscillators but I would think the tank (L & C) would need to be fed back to the base somehow and that doesn't appear to be the case.

2)  Check the values of your base bias resistors.  0.1667 ohms and 1.25 ohms seem incorrect.
