Help with cancelling premium account access level.

I accidentally subscribed to a premium account during last semester. I've been charged the $10 monthly but I can't find a way to cancel the subscription. Any help would be appreciated!

There is a Cancel button on the Profile Settings page.

I've had this screen since December and have been charged anyways. Is there anything I'm missing or should this be the last time I'm charged?

We recorded cancelation events on 1/9/23, 8:32:54 AM PST and 2/1/23, 7:09:25 PM.

Yesterday you probably clicked Resubscribe and then Cancel Subscription again.

The way it is right now, it will cancel on Feb. 7 and will not renew.
