Heterojunction MOSFETs in Multisim

Looking for n channel heterojunction FETs in Multsim. Can anyone please write down the transistor numbers that I can use?

Could you please tell us where are you going to use this componnet? For exmple, if it's used in RF applications, we can use other MOSFET components for substitution.
