How Do I Create a Rounded Rectangle Hole In a Rounded Rectangle Pad for PTH Use?

I need to create a pth footprint for a ZIF connector that has a rounded rectangle plated hole through the rounded rectangle pads. I have attached a pic of my solution but I am not sure if it will translate into something manufacturable when I export to gerber. Can someone verify my solution or advise me of a solution that will work?

Here is the design file but because of the DRC errors, I am unable to place traces to the pads with errors.

That solution works good for the pads but has round holes. I need holes to be rounded rectangles also.

I appreciate this was in 2017 but did you ever get an answer to your problem? I have the same one.
