How do I configure an NMOS component to the specifications I need?

The virtual NMOS model in MultiSim says that it's fully configurable.  However, I'm not sure how to configure it to the parameters I need.

I need to configure the following parameters:


Width
Length
V_t
u_n C_ox
Lambda
Cgs
Cgd
Cdb
Csb

How do I configure an NMOS component so that I can set the specifications above?

Hi Doven,

The virtual model does allow you to change the NMOS spice parameters. You can double-click on part to view the model.

SPICE does not have some of the parameters you listed; this is why you don't it in Multisim.  You can refer to the following page for more information about SPICE syntax:

Most SPICE models are created by curve fitting, so you cannot use datasheet information too directly to create a custom SPICE model.
