How do I unlock "snap to grid" in symbol editor?

 I am trying to modify a part symbol (found in the Multisim database) and the grid resolution in the symbol editor is too coarse. I tried to turn off "snap to grid", but the facility to do this seems to be inactive.  There is an icon that is called "snap to grid" but there seems to be no "disable snap to grid" state, available.

Hi,

In the Multisim Symbol editor select View>>Draw Grid>>No Grid, inside the drawign boundary you should now be able to work in gridless mode.
