What version are you using?
In version 8, 9 and 10. By renaming the sheet you can change any number it may have had. For example, when you start you have a default Circuit1 name, if you add a sheet, you have Circuit1#1 and Circuit1#2. If you save your file and call it MyCircuit, now you have MyCircuit#1 and MyCircuit#2. Now if you rename the sheets you will see MyCircuit#FirstName and MyCircuit#SecondName. Version 7 did not supported renaming (you would need to copy and paste the contents into a new sheet).

Unfortunately it seems that even though you renumber the pages manually, it still prints the pages in the order they were created. This is really annoying when printing a multi-sheet schematic to a PDF!

Hi jg_fs,
Thank you for pointing this out. We introduced sheet reordering with v10.1.1, and must have glossed over the testing of printing. I've entered a defect to correct this.

Hi Gary,
To rename a sheet, right click it in the Design Toolbox and click Rename Page. Starting in v10.1.1, you can reorder sheets by simply dragging and dropping them in the order that you want from the Design Toolbox. The only caveat that is being discussed here is that it won't print in the new page order.

Thanks for the reply! I'm in Multisim v11.0 now; right clicking a sheet in the Design toolbox gives me no option to rename a sheet, nor does reordering them (drap & drop) change the sheet numbers. In the title block, I am using the &SN token for the sheet number, so I'm still at a loss.
