How to I get out of Virtual on Multi Simulator

Currently, some of my students are in Virtual Mode on Multi Simulator, which has resulted in them not being to use simulator, components, testin devices and so on and so forth.  Does anyone know how I could get out of this Mode? Thank you

Could you please elaborate your question? What's the Multisim version? Are there any error messages?
