Hi, does anyone know how to choose the right Mosfet for H-bridge inverter?
Thanks

Hi Mike,
It really depends on what kind of voltage and current ratings you will be expecting to supply to your load.
Remember you will need both n-channel and p-channel mosfets for the circuit.
If your circuit will be relatively low power, you could use small signal MOSFETs such as the MGSF1N02LT1G and the NTR4101PT1G, which can be used for H-bridges for powering motors.
Otherwise, you may want to look at higher power rated MOSFETs.
Kind regards,

Hi Josh,
The H-bridge will design to drive a motor with:
Armature voltage: 48V
Rated current: 1A
