How to copy a line (trace) from one layer to the other layer in Ultiboard

Hi all,

As the subject, how to copy a line (trace) from one layer to the other layer in Ultiboard?  Or in the other words, I want to make multilayers with same routing traces.  I know I can place lines on each layer manually, but is there a quicker way to do so?
