How to fix this JK flip-flop counter?

I'm trying to create a 4-12 asynchronous up JK Flip-flop counter for a project. The DCD_HEX display shows random numbers while it's on, and it should show 4-12. I don"t know what is wrong because my set is 4 and my capture is 13 and it is a up counter. Please help find the problem!

I just took a quick look to your circuit,m but probably you would like to check the Display connections.
