How to get 0 to -22vdc from this circuit

how would u modify this circuit with minimum components to give 0 to -22vdc output @ IO2 by the actuation of s1?

As your design requirments state 0 volts and -22 volts, I would do it like this.  There are other ways but those would probably contain configurations that do not meet the 0 volts and -22 volts stipulation.  You'll be close but not exactly 0 volts and -22 volts.  Part of being an engineer is to design the circuit to the spec given.
