How to make components look as whole instead of consisting of multiple elements?

Here is what I mean. For example I select CMOS 4011 and I am offered to place 4 seperate nand elements. Is there a way to show the whole "body"?

Hi,

WHen you are in the CMOS or TTL group, the families with "_IC" at the end contain parts that are single section.
