How to sedign Land pattern with min/max dimension

I am designing land pattern of smd diode. Data sheet link is below:

But in it the land pattern has min/max dimension. Then how to design land pattern of such componenst. I mean now what should be width I should take for pin now or pitch.

Just take the average, that's what I do in this case.
