How to use transient analysis to measure phase shift in series/parallel AC circuit?

I can't seem to get my calculations to match transient analysis measurements. It is a simple series/parallel circuit and we are to solve for current and phase shift and then run transient analysis to compare. My phase shift calculations are not even close. I am not sure what parameters or variables to add? Any suggestions?

I think you made an error with your calculation, my calculation matches with Multisim.
