I cannot access ladder diagram components in student version

I'm using Multisim 10.1, student version. In the database manager I can see all the ladder diagram components, but when I go to 'place component', the folder is empty. Any ideas on how to access these?

Ladder diagrams/components are not included in the Student edition, they are included in the Educational edition. Here is a comparison table between both editions:
