In variant that's missing a part I want to jumper round the missing part

I have two versions on a circuit

1) Sine wave signal input, needs a Schmitt trigger

2) CMOS (0-5V) input no Schmitt trigger needed

In case 2) I obviously need to "jumper round" the missing part with a through hole or surface mount wire jumper, but for the life of me I cannot work out how to do that!!!

How do I do that please?

I *think* I worked it out - I added a 0 Ohm resistor in that variant that didn't have the Schmitt trigger.
