Installation process stops at: NI USI 1.7.0 Part 10 of 18. What can I do?

I'm trying to install Circuit Design Suite version 11 but the process stops while installing LabView Express at: NI USI 1.7.0 Part 10 of 18. I had previously installed version 10 of Circuit Design Suite and everything went without any problem. I uninstalled version 10 before attempting to install version 11 and now version 11 doesn't want to install. I have installed the product on other laptops and desktops and I haven't had any problems there. I having the problem on a laptop running Windows XP SP 3.

This may be a known issue due to the previously installation.   I would recommend you setup a support request with a NI application engineer to evaluate the issue:

and choose 'Request Support'
