Inverter Nand Not Works

I think we did solve his problem as best we could. Sometimes you have to get the circuit working and just put it out there for the user to examine and see if it is acceptable to them. Most of the time you can only do so much to come up with a solution and then there are times when a solution is just not possible. So we do the best we can and that is all anyone can expect..

Thank you for your help in the forum. I am glad to see other people such as yourself willing to lend a hand.

The frustrating thing is that his circuit looks like it would have worked if he actually built it. Multisin needs some work. 🙂

Which version are you using? Is it 10.1 or 10.0.1? The reason I ask is that in Version 10.0.1 I don't have the IRF450 Mosfets. I also don't have 10.1 yet as I am waiting to receive a disc for it (my internet cionnection is too slow to download it so I have to wait for it).

Let me know about this. I tried you circuit in 10.0.1 and I could not get it to work past the XOR Gates. I would tend believe it is either the model for the IR2010 or the IRF450 Models but can't be sure.

I can eliminate the IR2010 and the output from the IRF450's still don't look corrrect. This doesn't really mean anything and it could be because I am using 10.0.1 and it just isn't working with it for some reason.

I will continue examinig this, but if it ends up being a model problem of some sort then I will have to divert that to someone who is more versed with the model files.

It might be the IR2010... like I said on that forum where it was downloaded from... I created it really quick, but I had no test circuit to check if the model is fine or not. Before using it on a bigger application circuit it needs to be tested in a much simpler test circuit... it is my guess that the model is not correct.
