Is deleting copper where there are holes necessary?

I guess it's more of a general pcb cad question. If you need to know what I'm takling about then look on the header connections A,B,C,D in attached board. I've drawn copper areas over the holes, is that going to be a problem? Any other problems anyone sees I'd be very  happy to know about...

In my experience it shouldn't be a problem... anyone else might want to give his/her input?

Try to export the Gerber for Copper Top, you will see that no matter if you have a trace or not on top of a pad the pad itself becomes a solid object on the Gerber format. Obviously then the manufacturer drills on it.
