Is there a way to convert Ultiboard files to Eagle files?

I don't have the full version of Ultiboard because I'm only using it for one board. I need to generate gerber files, though, so an NI employee told me to use Eagle for the gerber files. However, my board is drawn on Ultiboard - so is there a way to convert an Ultiboard file to an Eagle file?

You cannot convert an Ultiboard file to Eagle file.  Ultiboard does export gerber file but only once you activate it using a serial number for Education or any of the professional serial number.
