LF356 Amplifier circuit simulation not give the right result

I am simulating a LF356 based amplifier which is supposed to have G=100. But the simulation result measured by oscilloscope gives negative gain, i.e.,  input = 1mVrms, the output is only about 100uV . I cannot find what is wrong.
