Still locked out

There is nothing under MultiSim 7 / Options except Preferences and a grayed out Custom.

I can load a circuit and simulate it, but I cannot edit it or add instruments to it.

It was all working fine then it just stopped.  This is not a demo. It is a fully licensed product.

Hi Lorin,

I'm not sure about Multisim 7, since that's more than 2 versions back from the latest which is 9. However, I do know that sometimes user settings can become corrupted. Since the Multisim environment is completely customizable, information about your particular interface is saved in the Electronics Workbench directory. For Multisim 8, the directory is located here by default:

C:\Program Files\Electronics Workbench\EWB8\Multisim users

If you simply rename the Multisim users folder to something like "Multisim Users_backup", and relaunch Multisim, it will recreate these configuration files for you.

There may be some parallel with Multisim 7. I've included a screen capture with the contents of the Multisim users folder for reference.
